The heart of therapy is relationship – a genuine, face to face connection where you can share your story with someone outside the context of your circle, someone who is nonjudgmental and empathic. Together, we can explore the areas currently impacting your life, including your history and current circumstances, feelings about yourself and that which comes from others. We can use this information to help you come to a place that feels more…you. A more authentic, more content, calmer, more attuned you.
The choice to shift our self-perception during moments of struggle and make space for self-compassion during moments of adversity is a profound act of kindness toward one’s own heart and mind.

Utilizing an eclectic set of modalities tailored to each person, we focus on building inner resilience, reducing anxiety and depression, and improving relationships.
I am trained in attachment work, Trauma-Informed Care and Mindfulness, as well as EMDR, CBT, and DBT, with a special interest in adult life stress/transitions, marriage and couples work, parenting, and perinatal mental health for women and men.
